I've heard he's rumored to be going to a worse program if that is possible, Syracuse......... 

Syracuse is not a worse program than UCF. They both only won 4 games this year, and syracuse was a top 25 team years ago.

Of course, since UCF had the Happy Sunshine Fairy write his contract (see above link) there ARE NO PROVISIONS for terminating the contract in the event of such an occurrence.

...but there are provisions for UCF winning a BCS bowl game.  :ROFLMAO

Its a toss up.  Syracuse has been one of the worst teams in the last 5 years.  UCF was actually better than them in probably 3 or 4 of those years.
