Friday Night Lights

Saw the movie last night. Not great, but not totally sucky either. More of a rental than a big screen deal IMO.

I had the pleasure of sitting near 20 or so high school kids (mostly young girls) who talked throughout the movie and left/came back about 10 times in packs of three. So in that regard-- the movie probably represents as a high school game itself might, at least to teens. They proabbly thoguht it was Friday night all over again.

Cindy & I learned a hard lesson about that sort of thing (films where teenagers are present).

Unless the film is rated "R", we won't be attending the theater.  Sounds like FNL may be a rental.  8)
