I was pretty upset when I saw the headline about this on ESPN.com He was completely unresponsive for 20 minutes after the hit? Man, that's really scary. Glad I was at the Rays game and didn't have to endure watching this happen! But it is fantastic news to hear he is in stable condition.

I don't think that is accurate.  He looked to be moving while down on the ground.  After the hit, he fell to the ground and on replay you could see he wasn't using arms to break fall.  He could have been knocked out or temporarily paralyzed, I don't know.  But it wasn't too long that when the Docs came out that you could see him moving fingers and legs.  It's always scary and I am praying for his full recovery and no lingering or career ending injury.  But I don't think what you are reporting from ESPN is accurate.
