If the snap and placement are good and the kick is tipped at the line it is the kicker's fault (timing, trajectory or both).  If the kick is blocked because some defender blew through the line and stuffed the kick, a blocker is to blame and Alvarado apologists are safe for another week.

Far from an apologist ...  ::)

He missed a FG, a 47 yarder that may have been tipped. It was a route and had no bearing. Far from a concern for me.

Yet some want a True FR in there ... I think it's silly.
