Big East Football: Ripe to be picked again?

If someone can explain why:

1. Arkansas would leave the SEC for the Big12 when SEC dollars are bigger and pretty consistent.

2. Any of the 12 -team conferences would go more than 12, as it is just one more mouth to feed

Then we can get into USF moving to some other conference.  Until then,let's focus on the big east.

I don't see any realignment happening.  The Big East is moving forward with a better media deal.  If USF and Rutgers pan out, as I imagine the league hopes, the media packages could increase exponentially.  I only see the BEast money going up in the future, not down.
