Saw this on the ticketmaster site while checking how single game ticket sales were going. Brilliant idea to place it on the ticketmaster page:

"Look For Tennessee-Martin V USF Tickets

WEAR GREEN!"

I have been trying to promote the Wear Green campaign for the last 3 years (i dont really want to search the archives of this site but i know i made several posts about it)

Green is a great color to use.  Yea, its not a white out or black out but Green is South Florida to me.  Not the gold, grey, or white shirts...but GREEN!

i ask that ANY season ticket holder makes sure that NO ONE in their party comes to Ray Jay without a solid green shirt or jersey on.

i dont even like seeing the white USF jerseys at the games.  (yea i know you paid good money for it but WEAR GREEN!)

I know. I went back and checked and noticed in the lower right corner that they list Wear Green for every game.

However, I was partially correct in my initial statement, as only the UT Martin game has it listed in the "Additional Information" section where the pull down selections for the tickets are located, but that is only because there isn't a game sponsor, sp they had to put it somewhere.

Regardless, WEAR GREEN TO EVERY GAME PEOPLE!!!!!!!

It would be ideal, but the fact is it will never happen (at least not this year). We just don't have that Penn State sense of community. I could care less as long as we win.

This is probably stemming from the College Colors Day the day before. The First 2 games of the season on the 29th will be promoting the event heavily, they're even painting it on the field for those 2 games. You'll start to see commercials on tv and the radio in the upcoming weeks about getting people to wear their colors.
