What three improvements would you like to see with the football team?

special teams need to improve

i think it is a  mistake for leavitt to coach them.it clearly inst his forte

team discipline needs to improve

1. Hire a special teams coach.

2. Run a curl/slant route once in a while.

3. Run the ball more from under center.  The wrap around hand off to a flat footed RB sucks.  There has to be a better way to run the ball out of the spread.

1: Calmer offense from better running game.  Grothe roll scramble will be looked for (Oregon trap)

2: Defense to stop inside run. 

3:  Better more consistent kicking game.

These three improvements should get us the Big East Title.

U R right on here.  80% kick/made rate, 25 touches for Ford per game - try on 3rd down to surprise them sometimes, and ball security.

2 - Killer instinct. When teams are down, put them away.

3 - Winning on the road. If you do 1 and 2, 3 should take care of itself.

1) LESS Pentalities  - We are one of the biggest pentalty offenders in the Big East.

Big East? Try the nation. That right there is my number 1 gripe as well.

Third I would like to see Grothe have more confidence in his arm and line. Teams are catching on to the spin out left, and I think it will be eaten alive this year.

1) we need to convert on every chance we get, even if it's just a field goal or extra point.

2) we will never win the BE if Grothe is our leading rusher.  Ford needs an 1100 yd season for us to win.

3) no more turnovers.  look at our turnover margin when comparing losses to wins.  sheesh!
