That would totally be a grand statement for his reputation

Smazza, you don't think sometimes.  It may be freedom of speech, but some could also consider it harassment.  People could easily be fired for saying such things, and a freedom of speech defense wouldn't hold water.

Harassment is a serious workplace offense.  Shaq may have been joking, but that's what ever person charged with harassment says.  Well, it's not how it's intended that gets you in trouble.  It's how it is interpreted.  I'm glad this guy is making Shaq accountable for his actions, though I don't have a problem with what Shaq said.
