Probably right on the non-bcs thing. But maybe we can squeeze in an easy BCS team, someone from the ACC like GT or Duke. A middle of the pack SEC team would be nice like Vandy, Ole Miss, or Miss State; but that wont happen.

I could possibly see us playing Memphis or ECU if they start up more talks about league expansion.

I'm saying this with no knowledge of their other schedules for lack of time or effort to look them up.

i hope fsu will play us, but it probably won't happen.

Bobby Bowden (for whatever reason) will never play USF.

He doesn't see an upside.  Even though we are beating them in the rankings, last year and this preseason, he would not see a benefit to FSU in beating us. and sees the AU risk of a loss to us.

FSU is keeping Bobby on life support until either he wins a couple past Joe Pa, or Joe dies.  It is a race to the heavenly coin flip for those two and neither will give in willingly.

sound familar?  thats pretty much Leavitt's take on UCF.  but UCF isnt ahead of us in rankings.
