Schedule is out!!!

wow, three games where we are probably the only game on and then the WVU game will be up against just one other game.  throw in Kansas and Rutgers which are probably going to generate a lot of buzz.  I think that is a great TV schedule.

hopefully the only noon game will be the syracuse game lol. I can live with missing it. who knows though, between now and then i can change jobs or something as well. Hell in the past since 05, i've had 3 jobs spanning a year, 8 months and this one i just started this week. Time are hard out there, never know whats going to happen month from month lol.

interesting that the Kansas game did not get set for the Friday as previously thought. I guess that deal was only good for a season kickoff date.

Not the greatest schedule in terms of timing-- but one well placed hurricane could change everything.

Sat, Aug 30: Tennessee-Martin -- A nice easy opener.

Fri., Sept 5: at UCF, 7 p.m. (ESPN) -- The final nail in the rivalry coffin, delivered on national television.

Sat., Sept 13: Kansas -- Top 10-15 opponent, our next sell out?

Sat., Sept 20: at Florida International -- We get to christen their new stadium.

Sat., Sept 27: at NC State -- A yes. A trip to Raleigh.  I loved Chapel Hill in '06.

Thurs., Oct 2: Pittsburgh* (ESPN) -- Party like a rock star.  Can we get up for the ***** cats?  RayJay on Thursday night will be awesome.

Sat., Oct 11: Open date -- So my brother set his wedding date, in New Hampshire, for this date. Hallelujah!!

Sat., Oct 18: Syracuse* -- I smell Homecoming!!!

Sat., Oct 25: at Louisville* -- A chance to finally beat them on the road.

Thurs., Oct 30: at Cincinnati* (ESPN) -- Cincy shares it's airport with Louisville.  Five days. Two games. One hell of a road trip.

Sat., Nov 8: Open date

Sat., Nov 15: Rutgers* -- Someone needs to "prank" the Rutgers hotel. A few times.

Sat., Nov 22: UConn* -- Revenge. Senior night.  Gonna love it.

Sat., Nov 29: Open date -- Thanksgiving.  A nice chance to rest. Two weeks to prepare. Love it.

Sat., Dec 6: at West Virginia* (ESPN/ESPN2) -- Bring the oranges to Morgantown. Can we rush their field?
