We will likely break season ticket record this year

Per John Lewis (athletics account rep). I asked him if we had surpassed the record number of season ticket holders from 1997. His answer:

We have not passed the first season's total for season tickets, but we should in the coming months. New sales are real strong for this time of the year.

when i talked to him to get 4 more tickets this coming year, he said about the same type of thing.

the other thing he mentioned was that the school will start to CONSIDER an OCS once we consistently go above that break-even point for the upper deck.

Yep, I was concerned about that initially.  Who knows, maybe we'll sell a bunch, but there could be some games where people just don't show.  For next year, it will be a big push, with the good schedule coming back.

Question, what is the record for Season Tickets Sold..........and how many individuals is this for?  (Example, 18,000 tickets bought by 5000 fans)?

I don't remember exactly, but we were only about 500 or 600 away from breaking the record last year when we sold about 20,300.
