Definitely not cool at all. This just means that they are getting a paycheck til Feb of 09. Why not even give them a chance.

mistake on his part.

get your team together.

interview some of these guy's

build good will at mich while you do that

then fire who you do not want after the season

would not hurt to make a few calls for these guy's...keep the negativity to a minimum.

when you do that crase mass firing you had better win fast and often.

because you have built no good will.

IMHO...coach rod will fall flat on his face and will not last 5yrs at michigan

He's not going to get a free pass at Michigan.

They are not going to give him 5 years.

He has to win and win now so he needs coaches he is comfortable with and coaches who can coach the type of football he wants to play.

If CJL were to bolt, I would expect someone to come in here and keep his assistants.
