the real question is how did Edsall not win it?

It's voted on by the coaches.  Think many coaches were going to vote for Randy Edsall after he gave Larry Taylor a game ball for his "special teams" play where he faked the fair catch?  You know that Steve Kragthorpe sure wasn't going to vote for him...

Even though I think UCONN is a joke, I think Edsall deserved it moreso than Kelly.

kelly is a first class **** for wanting to renegotiate his 5 year deal after the first year

i wouldnt want my kid going to his schoOL

HE IS JUST LOOKING FOR NEXT DEAL

How do you know he didn't get a raw deal with his contract... maybe he's got a better advantage now to get a better deal. Don't hate on the guy... and please.... don't have kids.

he signed a contract thAT BINDS HIM

He'll win it when we win the Big East. Not before.

He met his contractual obligations

But UM is giving him a ring and there is no reason why he shouldn't talk to UC as well.

The market takes care of it... If it is economically more efficient to break the contract and take it in the A on damages then the coach will do it--if not, he won't.

Agree with Mike ... Leavitt had a team go bowling last season and will have another this season.

Big East Title is what will get it.
