Delbert has been doing a great job most of the year with his punts.  His kicks are the problem, but he's getting better with that too.  Personally, I think kickers should hit 75% of their kicks for it to be a successful season.  He is under that mark slightly, but not by much.  If he makes two of the ones he's missed so far, he would be close.
