You can't go undefeated in a BCS conference, including a championship game, and not be ranked ahead of a 1 loss team. Well, I guess you can, but it has never happened as far as I know. I give Kansas a 1-3 chance of finishing everything #1. They just squeaked by last year by a small margin. We would take em 22 - 10!

They have just one loss, and have played the strongest schedule in the nation and easily have the most quality wins out of everybody while playing in a tough SEC conference where you can lose every week and LSU played Virginia Tech in non-conference as well. Kansas played cupcakes in non-conference and up to this point they have beaten weak Big 12 teams. I honestly don't think they can get by both Missouri and Oklahoma. The real debate will end up being between LSU and Oregon and when LSU wins out there will be a lot of angry west coast fans who are ready to cry bias. Analysts will say how this should call for a playoff, the unviersity prezes will simply revise the BCS system again and nothing will change. lsu did not play strongest schedule in nationwashington didgators number 2if kansas wins out they are in bcs championship game
