If Rob Higgins has anything to do with it he will help out.  He used to work for USF only a few years ago.

Rob is also a USF Alumnus so I believe he will do what he can to make this happen. We may have to wait a bit to see how it pans out but I will keep you guys posted on any and all developments. Let's keep this thread active so that should he come to this website he can see the interest we all share in seeing this happen!

I've sent it to Tampa as well as Lakeland to try to get them involved.

No reply from Lakeland yet.  

Lobo, I had also copied Merrill with my emails.  Maybe that was some help also.

If Tampa goes for it is there any shot at St. Pete too? I think an intro where the fly over and teh whole bay is lit up would look amazing
