When USF scores 20 or less, the Bulls are 1-21-0 since 2001.  When we score more than 20, we're 43-5.  So, we might need to score 21 points on the Plains.  I'll have to adjust my original prediction of 17-13.

Without looking it up, anybody know the lone win when we score less than 20?
