Doesn't the league have to approve a move first?

The league didn't allow a sale of the Nasheville team to a group that might have moved them. Tampa Bay is a lot highr profile at this time than Nashville was. I don't see them moving ...... but I do hope Joe is wrong about MacLean. Supposedly he and Feaster go way back to minor league hockey connections ... Still am a little uneasy about it, though.
