If USF wins this tourney...it would be huge...the first BE championship in a major sport.

Good point. I hadn't remembered the head-to-head. I think Louisville's in on record and RPI, and it's hard to keep out St. John's and Rutgers if they tied for the regular-season title. Easiest thing for USF to do is just win the automatic bid -- I don't think the Big East will get four bids, so I'd be curious what the selection committee does at that point.

12-9 now.  UL isn't going away softly.  Ball appears to be carrying today at Keyspan Park.  Hopefully Q will keep the ball down.  Need at least 5 or 6 innings out of him.
