Per an article on espn.com.  Let's see if he can keep his grades up long enough to make an impact on WVU.  Hopefully it will work out for him.

Chris Henry and Pacman got into WVU does this suprise you?

Now to be fair, Noel is not on the level of those two, from what I've been told he's actually a nice kid. However, does it shock you that 2 of the biggest trouble makers in the NFL came from WVU? It's because they've found ways to get kids whose lives aren't squared away into school.

I hope for his sake he takes the right track and is successful (except against USF).
