I think at this point he's a Nole. USF is in his 4, but they're the 4th team.

Well, if the kid wants to make an immediate impact on a team that is going to compete for a BCS bid... he knows that opportunity is in front of him.

Are you talking about FSU's o-line?

'Cause they absolutely sucked this past season.  I'd say a good true freshman could go in and compete with their returning starters.
