I say maybe 2 or 3 years to help with recruiting. I just love the way McCullum has the team playing hard right now. They are not intimidated by ranked teams which is amazing to me.will they play the "weaker" teams with the same intensity?we NEED all cylinders clicking to win game ( coaching, game plan, players, execution). hope mac pulls it off with 3-4 more winsmsg or bust!no more than a 2 year extention, incentive laden.and DW keeps the short list updated. Guest Ari_Hinkelberger
Reub was kinda down in the dumps a bit yesterday at the game. I think he is worn out with the new baby.

We just had a big win that might turn this program around, and all you can say is something negative. Can you lay off Coach Mac at least until our next loss. We won, that is what's important. one win at home will not turn the program around rmc is not the guy to turn program around you need 4 more years to see that usf will get stuck in the eddie cardieri syndrome. content with mediocrity

Who are they going to beat out, cinci, rutgers, st johns, and ? I seriously doubt 4 teams will be under usf. 3 maybe, not 4. 1 win and all of a sudden, give the guy an extension? Remember the loss to richmond, who is 1-8 in conference play and 7-15 overall. Also tamcc, double ot with stetson. It is about consistancy. Yes, he has beaten top 25 teams, but also losses to worst 25. Lets see him win on the road, because thats what it will take to go to nyc.

Guest Ari_Hinkelberger
I hear your complaints bullman, BUT he didn't have gransberry against Richmond.  He had Capko playing point.. His bench was as sparse as they come.  I have to give credit where credit is due.  Although our play on the road has been horrendous - these last two games have been very good efforts.Who are we going to finish ahead of.  My guess.. Depaul. But we have to beat St. Johns. That stretch at the end of the season with two games against depaul - and a game against providence... will be for a trip to NYC..Credit earned is Credit due.Mac has done a hell of a job the last two games.  The addition of Melvyn Richardson and Chris Howard have made a huge diference..
