How much fun would it be to have a lawn full of students watching Bulls on a huge movie screen. You can get some vendors out there selling drink and food. Of course, this doesn't go so well for a noon game, but it could be moved inside.Opinions?

I like the idea of having the students watch the game but you might run into some broadcasting issues from whoever is showing it, I dunno.

Who has the time to do it? The idea however is great. I applaud your suggestion.

Worries about drinking or can't do it at that time. We have had a lot of excuses. But it is something we will try again this year.Eric

I would think the same people who organize the Movies on the Lawn would organize it. Since they do it all the time. I would think it would be the same amount of work as MOTL except instead of a movie we would show the football game. You can even have the band out there playing during commercials and what not. Guest
Campus Activities Board is responsible for MOTL -- they are shown on MLK plaza (per the website).

I've never been to one, but see the ads for it all the time. And you'd think they'd be able to do it for games occasionally, its not a good idea, its a great idea. (I was at the Sun Dome for the football game against Pitt on ESPN360 in 05 too, it was alot of fun.)
