I don't seem to recall having one that's very good. No offense to Teachy on Kickoffs, but I'm more concered with field goals. It was the low FG percentage that really bothered me. When you are forced to have your QB pooch punt on the opponent 25 because you cant trust your kicker that a problem. If those kinds of kicks catch the right bounce, you're looking at an easy 50+ yard punt. However, without that bounce, it would be 30-40 yards tops. The other trouble is our formation: it is WAY to spread out to fully protect the punter, which resulted in blocks a la UCF game. Justin Teachey had 45 punts this year for a total of 1718 yards. That's 38.17 yards per punt (net gain mind you), which is far from horrible. In fact, without stats in my hand, I'd say that was fairly average. But yet, I would love to not have to pray to the football gods every time we have a fourth down as well. : Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
