Why is there even a bowl in Boise Idaho.

The cheap Bastage that I am, I'd attend conditionally - Two day turn around and for $500 or less not including food.  Fly in game day and fly out in the morning.

Not surprising for UM.  They are LA east, meaning everyone in the city thinks they are too "important" to go to sporting events.
