I won because my wife has become obsessed with USF Football as I am. She wouldn't dare miss a game we could attend. I'm a lucky guy!  ;)

Brother I am just yanking your chain... Hell I remember you and your kid showing up to tailgate at USC!!!!!    I hope you donated some tickets if you can't make it...  Anyway my son is 13 and crazy about USF football and my daughter is 9 and she wants to hit Birmingham zoo, so it was an easy sell...  If you think your wife can be conned then I am sure we can call and say the following... "Congratulations, you have won 4 bowl tickets to the USF-ECU bowl game!  In fact you have also won a night's stay at the downtown marriot, and 4 passes to the zoo!"   Of course sometime during the weekend you would have to pony up the cash to ever calls ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Bull Bro...Christmas is two days after the game.  You can handle the dog house for 24-36 hrs until she opens that 1-2 carat tennis bracelet.  She don't need to know its zirconia.  If she's like my Queen, that bracelet will be long lost in 6 months.   :)

See.  This is why you look at all the possible Bowl Games for USF... THEN make your travel plans.

That's all well and good, however, [highlight]my wife will never let me[/highlight] go to a bowl 2 days before Christmas.

Just one of many reasons the Muslims hate us.  ;D

Don't look at the glass being half empty...Bulls fans have waited for tens (10) years, more if you go back to when students on campus tried to petition for football (I believe in the '70's) but needless to say...

The glass is half full...

1. This game could have been in Texas or even further north in Canada

2. The game could have been on Christmas day itself

3. Or even worse, USF not being invited to a Bowl or even having a football program

A true fan has only two questions to ask... "where & when"

The "how" gets worked out.
