I asked around and a few of my friends have stated, "We don't really have a better option".  Gradkowski was good in the beginning but has declined in the past few weeks and our backups are not good enough to take over.

Chris Simms may be the worst qb in the nfl. There will be better talent in FA.

Chris Simms is a hell of a lot better than gradkowski.

he had a crappy first two games, but he played an amazing game against carolina with a ruptured spleen.  

besides, everytime the bucs let a QB go, he goes and wins the superbowl somewhere else.
