Each game could have a Hit of the Week by Verpaele !

A little more than 2% behind the leader.

Up by 3%

That was a good one, but I still bullieve the first one at the goal line on Slaton was the one that set the tone for the entire game.

GO BULLS!

Verpaele has been playing really well as of late.  Had a rough time to start out the season,  lost his starting job and did not play much.  However in my opinion Williams never really stood up and solidified the starting roll.  The last couple of weeks Verpaele has been playing much better, and it seems as if he got the starting spot back. Hopefully that is a good sign of things to come.  You have to remember he is only a Soph.  So for all you poeple who have been dogging him out I hope you havent given up on him, not that it really matters.  I think next year he is going to be a great asset.  Also that hit and caused fumble against Slaton was huge in my opinion
