In Ohio, where Troy Smith is still overrated.  ;D

Do you think if USF had Troy Smith right now and everything else was the same with the supporting cast, offensive scheme, and coaches would USF be in a better position now than it already is with Grothe.  Likewise, if OSU had Grothe and everything else was the same would they be in a better position?  I know it is just speculation and that is half the fun, but be careful answering this because you will show you ignorance real quick  .
