I know it is being broadcasted on ABC 28 locally by ESPN Plus. I do not know for certain that Gameplan is not including the game, but I do not think that they are.

Pitt game is available online, but is not currently listed on Gameplan TV. Syracuse game is available on Gameplan TV.

If I can't be by my computer, do they keep an archive of the game that I can buy online??

I just signed up for my subscription and I can see that there are games that are already archived.  You should be fine.
