No Gruden, no Lombardi. Maybe if things don't dramatically improve here next year, he'll move on. There may be another situation he could step in to like here ... The only gameplan worse than the Bucs passing too much was when the Patriots did it the 2nd half against the Colts. At least last week Galloway finally got the ball down field a few times.
