I’m curious as to what is the best or most popular tailgate meal for a noon game is.  I’m thinking Breakfast Burritos with mimosas.

Big cast iron skillet, cook bacon first, then throw diced potatoes in w/ the bacon and grease, let them brown up, and throw eggs, cheese, onions, etc on top of all that, maybe a little Tabasco.  So you get all of your breakfast foods in one bowl.  And wash it down w/ ice cold beer.  Mmmmmm, can't wait.   ;)

beer used to be the favorite breakfast beverage of new yorkers, so we're just going back to our roots by having beer in the morning

That's what we're doing.  Easy to do on my portable grill.  Grilling up breakfast and/or smoked sausage on one side, and on the flat side the messy egg scramble.

Mimosas, Bloody Mary's, and spiked coffee will be the drinks of choice...In addition to beer  :)

Parrot Bay infused pancakes, sausage links, and scrambled eggs. Wash it all down with some sangria.

Scrambled eggs and cheese, with sausage, ham, or bacon on toasted cuban bread.

Brew up some cuban coffee and put a little Captain Morgan in it.

When you finished with that... BEER TIME!

GO BULLS!
