lsu's little scam is far more sophisticated

Hardly.  A minor member of the coaching staff did something exceptionally stupid, and the players turned him in for it.  LSU's players know the rules, I guess USC's don't.

we will see when investigation is concluded how minor lsu's strength coach is!

ASSISTANT strength coach, not the strength coach.  Additionally, both student athletes and the football program turned him in.  That's a big difference, and the NCAA wants to see things like that happen.

LSU is good because they are keeping the Louisiana kids at home.  Every year they are Top 10 in recruiting because of the depth of talent in that state.  Other teams try to come in and get players, but most stay at home.  Look at Ryan Perriloux.  He's been sitting on the bench for the last 3 years because they're loaded.
