Anyone care to explain how exactly this poll is calculated? It's human and computer right?

I'm guessing WVU and UL will be 4 and 6 with Auburn and Florida close behind.

Not quite...

Votes in Coaches poll as percentage of maximum points

PLUS

Votes in Harris poll as a percentage of maximum points

PLUS

Points in 4 of 6 computer polls (highes & lowest dropped) as a percentage of 100

Here is a link to an explanation of the methodology:

FYI:

FOX Sports To Reveal Official BCS Standings

On Sunday, October 15, the road to the BCS National Championship Game officially begins with the unveiling of this season's first BCS Standings live on FOX at approximately 4:15 PM ET during NFL postgame coverage.

Lead BCS on FOX game analyst Barry Alvarez, a former University of Wisconsin head coach and the school's current athletic director, joins Terry Bradshaw, former University of Miami head coach Jimmy Johnson and host Curt Menefee live in-studio to breakdown the first results of 2006.

On future NFL on FOX singleheader Sundays, the standings will similarly be released by the National Football Foundation during the network's postgame show following the early NFL action, usually between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM ET. On NFL on FOX doubleheader Sundays, the standings will be revealed in prime time during the network's OT postgame show between 7:30 and 8:00 PM ET. Alvarez will appear via satellite from Madison, WI each week.

"We are very pleased to be able to present the official BCS Standings straight from the computers to the nation's living rooms every Sunday," said FOX Sports President Ed Goren. "We certainly appreciate the BCS Committee's effort in providing us the standings a day earlier than in past years, and all the work it takes to make that happen." The standings had previously been released on Mondays since the BCS was formed back in 1999.

The BCS Standings will be issued on Sundays Oct. 15, Oct. 22, Oct. 29, Nov. 5, Nov. 12, Nov. 19 and Nov. 26. On Sunday, Dec. 3, during a special prime time BCS SELECTION SHOW, live from 8:00 – 8:30 PM ET on FOX, the final standings for the year will be announced, and America learns which schools will square off in January's five BCS Bowl games.

Following are the dates and approximate times when the BCS Standings will be announced on FOX each week (all times Eastern):

   Sunday, October 15 4:15 PM

   Sunday, October 22 7:30 PM

   Sunday, October 29 4:15 PM

   Sunday, November 5 4:15 PM

   Sunday, November 12 7:30 PM

   Sunday, November 19 4:15 PM

   Sunday, November 26 7:30 PM

   Sunday, December 3 8:00 PM

FOX's cable brother FSN also offers an in-depth look at the weekly standings on THE OFFICIAL BCS RATINGS SHOW, which airs live every Sunday at 9:30 PM ET/6:30 PM PT on your local FSN regional sports network. The program premieres this Sunday and is hosted by veteran sports anchor Tom Helmer, lead FSN college football analyst and former USC running back Petros Papadakis and former University of Colorado head coach Gary Barnett. THE OFFICIAL BCS RATINGS SHOW also provides insight and analysis from three of the greatest college football players in history, FSN PRO FOOTBALL PREVIEW analysts Jason Sehorn, Eddie George and Tim Brown.

FSN also presents BCS BREAKDOWN, a 30-minute program airing Fridays at 6:00 PM local time, which previews weekend match-ups that could determine which teams will ultimately play in the five BCS contests. BCS BREAKDOWN airs weekly throughout the college football season through Friday, Dec. 1. The show returns for a special episode on Friday, Dec. 29 to preview the Bowl Championship Series, which has four of its five games - the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, FedEx Orange Bowl, Allstate Sugar Bowl and first-ever BCS National Championship Game - broadcast by FOX Sports. BCS BREAKDOWN also features the Helmer, Papadakis and Barnett trio, with appearances by Sehorn, George and Brown.

The BCS Standings are determined each week after the BCS Committee tabulates scores from the 63-member USA Today Coaches Poll, the 114-member Harris Interactive Poll and six computer rankings. Champions from the ACC, Big East, Big 12, Big Ten, Pac-10 and the SEC qualify for the BCS, as does Notre Dame as long as it finishes in the top eight of the BCS Standings. Other conferences, like the Mountain West or WAC, can earn a BCS invitation by placing a team in the top 12, or in the top 16 if they are ahead of a BCS conference champion.

FOX Sports kicks-off its BCS coverage Monday, Jan. 1, 2007 at 8:00 PM ET with the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, followed by the FedEx Orange Bowl, Tuesday, Jan. 2 at 8:00 PM ET, the Allstate Sugar Bowl Jan. 3 at 8:00 PM ET, and the new stand-alone BCS National Championship Game Monday, Jan. 8 at 8:00 PM ET, live from The University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ. Play-by-play announcer Thom Brennaman and analysts Alvarez and Charles Davis serve as FOX's lead BCS broadcast team and will call the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl and the BCS National Championship Game.
