UNC fans are really insane.  They must be smoking crack.

I saw that.  Maybe they should join the Southern Conference since that is where they got their only win  :D.

After living in Florida and out west most of my life, my dad got stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC for my last year of high school (1980's). I learned to hate that place, UNC,and ECU. :D

They have the arrogance of Florida fans about their program and university (liberal arts) along with the fact that many walk aroung with a limp wrist.  :D.

Man, judging by their comments you'd think we were playing them in basketball.

Hopefully, we are going to have both Chambers and Randolph returning kicks.

I agree.  Let's see them both back for kickoffs.

Have they ever been great at football?

In spurts they were really good under Mac Brown in the late 90s. He had them in the top 10 one season. He skipped town for Texas in 97 and they haven't been the same.

didn't UNC beat Miami a couple times this decade, and maybe FSU too?

They beat FSU in 2001 and Miami in 2003.

However they are a school that has been to 2 bowl games since the 1999 season. It's a terribly run program, mostly because fan interest is centered around the basketball team.
