USF Players See UConn As 'Must-Win' Game

TAMPA The University of South Florida (3-2, 0-1 Big East) hosts Connecticut (2-2, 0-0) Saturday at Raymond James Stadium in what will be the Huskies’ conference opener.

With road games at No. 8 Louisville and No. 4 West Virginia to close the season, it is imperative the Bulls avoid an 0-2 start in Big East play.

“It’s a must-win game,†junior CB Trae Williams said.

Lets just say that it will hurt our odds at making a bowl game if we lose this game at home. I would not count us out of it though becuase we may improve much better when we get our three suspended players back next week. Winning this game will make the road much easier for USF to make a bowl game. It is a game that we must win to get everyone back on track.

Revenge games are always huge in college football, that is why its a must win. If we drop this game, its still pretty good chance of making a bowl with our three misfits coming back.
