Payout guarantees for USF non-conf games

USF at UCF: $200,000

USF at Kansas: $150,000

USF at UNC: $225,00

I was actually very surprised at the low payouts USF is getting from Kansas and UNC...especially once travel costs are added.

FYI...New USF/UCF Game contract (old one signed in 2003) calls for payouts to be $250,000 for '07 and '08.

In other news, when you are playing a 1 and 1 with someone it really doesn't much matter what your payout gurantee is, since in most cases you end up paying them the same thing the next time (X - X = 0, for all real values X).  You guys play those 2 and 1 things (2X - X != 0, for non-zero values X), so payouts might matter a little more.

More Gnat misinformation, they need the series with us more then we need them.  They need atleast one victory out to the next 2 games in order to justify their existance in the college football world.  Don't give it to them.
