not if the think it is because of crappy COACHING.

i bet parents and HS coaches will not be encouraging us as a choice if that is the preception.

Directly on that play, or indirectly due to killing decent drives or destroying great starting position?

Directly - 4

Indirectly - a dozen maybe...

it's the yellow flag... like it has been since I got to USF in 2003 that screws us up.

We could be 100% better if we cut the flag bull ****.

CJL should install harsh punishment for personal flags and decent punishment for all flags.

Which means its a coaching problem.  Well coached squads dont commit alot of penalties.  If we're percieved as being badly coached blue chip kidsparents wont want their kids to come here because they wont develop under bad coaching.  Tie that in with Leavitt's standoffish approach with the media and that a huge obsticle.  Why would you want to come to a school that  you percieve wont coach you properly and doesnt have a good media relationship.

this may be the problem with usf's lack to land blue chip players

with the demise of canes and seminoles.usf might be able to steal a few top recruits

someone needs to tell leavitt you get more top recruits with honey not vinegar
