I agree. 1st team NEEDS to play three quarters of every game. They don't get the timing needed in practice.

I also hope the reserves can play the fourth quarter of every game!

He doesn't have to. Backup vanilla against a live opponent is better practice / experience than controlled practices.

which game will we not be vanilla?

dont we need to practice in a game before than?(whatever that is)
