totally ridiculous that cops have NOTHING better to do then crack down on a bunch of college kids drinking beer before their team plays in a game.

Just shows you how out of touch some police are.  Just totally lame to be worrying about that.  Why don't they do something about suitcase city and my car getting broken into.

A bunch of college kids drinking beers before the game isn't hurting anyone.  If anyone gets hurt its themselves.

that isn't anyones fault but his own.  Plus there are plenty of drunk 40 year old idiots.

No offense but if you left your car unattended in suitcase city you were asking for trouble .... and what if it were underage college drunks who broke into it? Your tune would change then, I bet.

What if you tend to hang out with underage kids who happen to be drinking while they roam over to your tailgate?  Can you be ticketed/arrested for contributing to the deliquency of a minor?

when my friends got arrested for underage drinking it was out of a keg that all of us that were of age were drinking from.  the cops took the keg and threatened that we could of also been arrested and technically they could of arrested whoever purchased the keg but they didnt and i dont think they would in a situation like that unless you really started to be an ******* to them.  i personally think that the cops should focus more attention to arresting people for public intoxication during these games.  i have seen too many people over 21 or not who couldnt even stand up.  if you must drink before the game, and you arent 21, then dont stand around holding the drink.  you better end up taking shots or something.  either way, drink in moderation, its a long game once you get inside.

Ari, Cmon I know we hated it back when, but they do it because the same underage kids are hoping in the car right after the game and driving home.  They all live 20 mins away on campus and MLK is narrow and i can unfortunately say I may have driven when i shouldnt have on that road and its not fun.  Im not saying the shouldnt drink and have fun, I know I did and still would  but stay away from driving.  

Trip ari is not underage.  He is like that dirt bag in "dazed and Confused" at the football games, hitting on 18 year olds and saying "I keep getting older but they stay the same age." Complete lush pup.

If you act like an idiot -- you get in trouble.  If you are walking around with a beer in your hand and you aren't in the parking lot - you get arrested.  

Cops should spend their time worrying about a million other things.  A bunch of college kids drinking beer before the football game should be at the bottom of the list.

Grain alcohol in a Power aid bottle is too easy. Can't taste it, and still get hammered. Have a cooler filled with Pepsi, Power Aid, etc... Spike some of the bottles, but not all of them. Make the cops work hard if they're gonna take you down. And if they do take you in, puke on them (sorry Gene). Next time I get pulled over for speeding, I'm gonna put a booger in his book when I'm signing for the ticket.  

Those are good suggestions Terry.  Just don't be mad when you get pummeled or tased for the puke.
