lol... true... the band has not been shut down.  Touche.

Like  I said... it would just be nice to have the $$ to advance and operate the best band we can.

Actually, I wasn't referring to you or any other band members.  I was referring to people that have taken this thread and started posting elsewhere that we don't have a band anymore, that the HOT has been shut down by the university.

Help post these numbers around:

--190 confirmed members for 2006/07 season

--140 additional said they're interested

From those numbers:

--47 members are percussion (I've been told by Dr. Robinson every percussion member will march)

--11 Confirmed tubas with an additional 13 signed up

--25 Confirmed guard members with an additional 10 signed up

Two years ago we were under 200

Last year we marched ~205

This year we could be 230-240
