USF-FIU Game to bo Broadcast on ESPN360

USF Game With Florida International To Be Broadcast on ESPN 360; First Two Home Games Set For 7 P.M. Starts

TAMPA, FLA. (June 16, 2006) – The University of South Florida football game with Florida International on September 9 will air on ESPN 360 at 7 p.m., the ESPN Networks announced today. USF will also play its season opener against McNeese State at 7 p.m. on September 2.  

ESPN360 is an always-on application that provides sports content directly to your computer, including live sportscasts, on-demand video, interactive games, event coverage, news analysis and more.  

USF games against Rutgers September 29 (ESPN2, 8 p.m.) and at Cincinnati October 22 (ESPN, 8 p.m.) have already been announced as television games on the ESPN Networks.

Except only its only available on US ISP's...now if it were on gameplan...whole other story....Although, for a basketball game last year some of the oppenents hacked the feed and gave a place anyone could see it..

By the way, Verizon has added ESPN 360 as part of their upgraded broadband connection (FiOS broadband, not DSL).

Alas, I have Road Runner and it does not offer 360.

I know the USF-UCF game is supposed to be brodcast on CSTV. I haven't heard of any other games getting on the air. Maybe FSN, Sunshine, or Catch 47 will pick them up.

last year ESPN360 was available for people "oncampus" and someone on here helped me setup a VPN (i think) and then logged on to it using an old us email address so I could watch the game in Knoxville on an ISP that did not carry 360.  I sure hope they do the same thing this year.
