We need an OCL!

With the sucess lately of the girls sailing team I think that it's high time we considered building an On Campus Lake (OCL) for them to practice and compete in.  We could  purchase the University Mall property and turn it in to a lake and then channel water from the HillsBurough River to fill it.  Our dream lake could have a press box and a ridiculous number of luxury boxes and every seat in the bleachers should have a seat back on it.  If we want to be a big time BCS sailing program then we need an OCL

Bayboro is a nice place for now, but you just aren't going to attract the BlueChip sailing recruits without an OCL and the OCL atmosphere that it brings.

In all seriousness, we are in desperate need of an OCP or at least a bar right off campus a little better than the Greenery.  Let the uproar begin!

If you build it the OCB's will come.
