Any idea who else will be in this:

BASKETBALL: USF's men's team will compete in the Duel in the Desert tournament Dec. 17-19 in Las Vegas.

hey guys. that news came from USF's athletic auction saturday night -- they auctioned off a trip to vegas built around the tournament, which let the cat out of the bag about usf in the tournament. robert mccullum coached under lon kruger at florida and illinois, so they've stayed close. mccullum had actually teased to this tournament a year ago at an Around the Horns in Homosassa, but the contract wasn't signed until recently.

between hawaii, italy, and vegas, it's hard to find a basketball team with better road trips in a one-year span, for those who can afford it ...

See you in Vegas... If I can make the trip for Greenberg's VaTech, I'll definitely make the trip for USF. Just so everyone knows... rooms are dirt cheap in Vegas as this is their slowest time of the year. If you haven't been to Vegas... you don't know what a rollercoaster ride you are missing!

well, any time you have feedback about our USF coverage, good or bad, or something you think should be covered more or less than it already is, you can send an e-mail to sptsnews@sptimes.com ...

and e-mailed letters to the editor are always a good benchmark of reader interest. even if they're not printed in the paper, they're certainly read by our editors ...

Terry how would you know how much rooms cost in vegas. You crashed in mine for free you mooch. Stay away from the black jack this time.
