From CCNsi:

NEGATIVES: Undersized, cannot handle a lot of carries and lacks power. Must pick up the intensity of his blocking.

Also one could add a lack of break away speed - fast but not faster than a lot of LBs or DBs.

He can create, has good hands, and and squeeze through holes... which is why most scouts called him a good 3rd down back.

It is hard to be objective when you're a Bulls fan... but Andre was not really Heisman material... as he needs to fit a hole on some team -- and like Joe said, there are not a lot of holes...

maybe wait until pick #226. Do you think if Bucs is interested in An.Hall, do they communicate with his agent to see if other team is in interested or not before they pick someone else than Hall?

I would think the bucks would do well with tim jones. they like quick undersized tackles.  Andre is more of a threat than graham, and hopefully they would dump pittman.
