I think we're all trying to guess what he's gonna do.  Haven't we learned.  If past results are any indication it's gonna be PJ, if not at first, then at the first sign of trouble.

Flip, how do you think Matt's arm strength compare with PJ's or Chill's?  I asked in another thread, not sure you saw it.

Not as strong as Pat, about equal to maybe a little less than Hill...but as I have said before you can throw hard as hell and balls get droped or you can throw a nice catchable ball that the WR love. It really does not seem to be a factor in Matts future at USF!

Thanks Flip.  As long as he's not floating knuckleballs to the WRs I agree.

I would think that it would speak well of Matt that CJL is now saying he doesn't have a starter.  He already knew what PJ and CH could do, now that Matt's in the mix he's having doubts.  I'm pulling for MG.

I cant wait to see how they do in the spring game. That will show me a lot of what we have at the QB position. To be honest, I was not impressed with CHill last season although it was his freshman year. I really hope Hill has improved from last season. I really think Grothe will eventually get the starting spot if he stays healthy.

if we start with a redshirt freshman or inexperienced sophmore be prepared for a roller coaster ride with the offense.
