"I'm going to run them until they puke." This was Coach Leavitt's diatribe today at practice. "They are out of shape, slow, and in need of some toning down. Conditioning goes for all on this team." Coach was not talking about the players, he was talking about the COACHES!  Off season unconditioning diets have played a major role for the coaching staff this season. It seems bulking up was the go word. "We're gonna run them, and get them in shape. If I can do it, so can they." CJL says....       NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!  

I figured if I am on a diet, they could be too!!!   Happy April Fools!!!     Reaper

seriously, you guys should see greg frey. barely recognize him -- he's been able to really drop some weight in the past months. he's down around 190 -- you'd barely believe the guy was an offensive lineman ...
