I agree Trip.

We all thought he was going to give us a NY/NJ connection, but so far it has been Sills and a verbal from Rob Thomas that he rescinded, and a huge center that may not make it on campus due to grades.

I wouldn't be so quick to assume the guy quit...   It is very likely that it was not solely his decision...   Mac can not improve without making some changes.   This is good news.

Maybe he'll replace him with someone that can actually get good, qualified players in here ........ hopefully.

Hopefully................... its just sad to see a football program that is up and coming and a basketball program that is strugling so much. I hope when they start to remodel the dome it gives us a recuiting shot in the arm

The paper specifically said he was not asked to leave, for, what that's worth ....... Hopefully we can get someone more suited in here now.

scbull- do you think most recruits agree with your assessment or  mine?

rmc is done at usf whether he or AD DULLARD realize that now is of no consequence

rmc has been so seriously undermined by AD DULLARD and tis administration he is of no value now

rmc's heralded recruiter just ran out of tampa

you will more evidence of my assessment with each passing day

Maybe he received a horrible end of the season review from Mac n Woolard for weak recruiting so he headed back to the homestead.  Plus the possibility of a one & done probably was in the back of his mind.  It's all hypothetic mumbo gumbo anyway.

Seems like a "Titanic" story ready to unfold.  Glub, Glub, Glub!

The "heralded" recruiter did not do well at all. I don't think this hurts and can only help.

Mac has to pick up someone soon while the recently released but good coaches are still available.

At least we still have discipline, work ethic and a good system. Whatever the heck that means...
