Oh my...Gators on Campus

Well, maybe the Oracle can report on whatever it is that UF is trying to deter (riots??). I'm referring to an e-mail that went out this morning from Billy Donovan to the entire UF student body. When I read it, it struck me as a bit odd. I'll let you all judge.

Dear Students,

This weekend, the Gators are in Indianapolis at the Final Four.  We want to thank our students for all their support this season.  The Rowdy Reptiles are the best fans in college basketball.  Your spirit and enthusiasm are unmatched.

Please remember that Gator fans and Rowdy Reptiles alike are only rowdy in their support of the Gators.  Whether cheering us on in the O'Connell Center or out in the Gainesville community, our fans act in a first-class way, win or lose.  Let's make sure we keep that tradition alive this weekend and represent our University in the best way possible.  Remember, while watching the game or dealing with the outcome, Gators always act in a safe and responsible manner.

Whomever wrote that comment stayed anonymous so that they would not get jumped in a dark alley on campus.  This person must be one of those students out there who wears UF crap on campus.  

So all we have to do is jump all of them?
