it is amusing taking with guys new to college sports

Very true.... I've been reading and visiting this site since my freshman year (2001-2002). I decided to finally register when I felt like posting about the bowl game. Now that I have graduated (this past December), this message board is as close as I can get to talking USF sports "on campus".. more of a community full of USF fans. Might as well get used to posting. At least I'll have something to do during Duke Basketball games next year in Durham.

no i will remain a usf fan and try to pointm and correct the obvious  problems

we have many smartalecs here that dont know the game and are satisfied we field teams

there is a growing minority of us that want usf teams to excell and compete at a higher level than they have in the past

please dont say to right a check

usf has the funds to win more than one big east basketball game

pukebull and tyy- i was a bull fan before both of you  and will br when you both disappear from this board

Smazza, a couple of points:

1) I doubt that you were / are a Bull fan much longer than me. I have been attending games since the Bulls played at Curtis Hixon Hall. I remember the first JV year coached by Don Williams. I graduated from USF in 1977.

2) We should always be calling for excellent performance on the field and in the classroom.

3) Be a republican and present a plan for USFs athletic improvement. Present more than fire this guy of that guy. Sorry but, the KU coach as an answer to the football question is not an option.

4) You and I agree that Rod Smith needs to go. Or maybe PJ was just that bad. I am not sure which. Lets just let CJL decide. If it does not get any better this year then bring the heat.

5) We all want the same thing. We just have different roads to get to the same destination.
